A trifecta of great qualities. The corned beef poppers are terrific. O tasted the lamb stew and the pot roast. The tomato whiskey soup was maybe the bet soup I've ever tasted. I love that they great you as you walk in the door and they genuinely want you to have a good experience. The live music was a big... More

Went on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch and ordered a Ruben. Here's how it's described on the menu: "our first cut of corned beef sautéed w/ braised cabbage, topped w/ Swiss cheese & an Irish mustard dressing, served on grilled rye bread. " What it was: CUBES of corned beef scattered over sauerkraut (not braised cabbage) on the... More

Had our first dining experience at the Kilarney House last night. It was Monday and apparently that is burger day at the bar. It was packed. We wanted the main dining room anyway. We split an entree of Corned Beef and Cabbage with Champ mashed potatoes, mashed carrots, cabbage and Corned Beef. We also shared a wonderfully crisp and delicious... More

You can't go wrong with this place that's on the outskirts of Annapolis. The lamb stew is to die for, tender and portions are huge. Friend of mine had the Macaroni & Cheese with Chicken and it was undoubtedly the best Mac and Cheese dinner I've had!! One must try the Irish Whiskey & Tomato Soup....WOW delicious and had a... First time for dinner on a Friday so tried the prime rib. Was huge and very good. $23 is great price and comes with sides and soup or salad. Cool place.

Went the other evening for a fundraiser so we had a select menu. I always get corned beef and cabbage, don't care for root vegetables so get extra mashed potatoes. There was a lot of beef which was extra tender. Dessert was bread pudding and is the best around. Service was just a little slow but think only one waiter... More

I usually go to lunch after a round of golf at Renditions. Usually order their Rueben which I think is one of the best ever. Corned beef is cooked more like a pot roast and they use spicy mustard instead of Thousand Island.

Food was good for a Sunday afternoon. They need to pay more attention to the servers they hire and how they treat their customers. They could lighten up the atmosphere too.

We were invited to dinner by another couple as they had raved about Killarney, and they were right! We had a reservation, which I would recommend and we did have to wait a little bit. But we didn't mind as there was an adjoining bar. The staff informed us that there was a kitchen fire, which had delayed the restaurant.... More

My wife and I have visited several times since moving go Maryland late last year. The staff is friendly, service is pretty quick, despite having a good crowd most days. Traditional Irish fare along with traditional pub foods and of course, Maryland inspired selections. It can be a little pricey but we've never had bad food or service. Definitely have... More
