My son and I ordered our steaks medium...they were definitely medium rare, but after being put back on the grill the steaks were fine. When we walked in, it seemed fancy so I was worried about wearing shorts and a t-shirt, but our attire was fine (the servers wear shorts too). It's a big pricey in my opinion. We're used... More

City Lights is one of my favorite spots in downtown Cumberland. They have outdoor as well as indoor dining. The menu is very nice, and the wait staff always is very attentive. I highly recommend it for a lunch business meeting.

Had the rock fish special not bad. The Cesar salad was different was served with tomatoes and cucumbers strange. Blueberry cobbler for desert was like no other cobbler I have had before it was like a bowl of blueberries in watery blueberry juice with coconut and nuts with no crust not impressed.

One of my favorite places to go for happy hour, lunch or dinner. City Lights' owners Bill and Deb, management and staff have an artistically charming way of making everyone feel welcome and then follow up with personable service, great drinks, elegant food and a showcase of art on the walls. I was introduced to Stoli Citron here, and my... More

Visited based on reviews and the alfresco dining. Service was excellent and the setting is beautiful. The food was very good and the fries were not greasy at all. Will definitely return! (A nice motorcycle destination from central PA)

This restaurant has a lovely outdoor dining area on the stone paved treed town mall! The Wild Flower Honey Baked Brie appetizer was out of this world! It's such a lovely setting to relax and enjoy an ice cold martini and nice meal! I had the prime rib for dinner and it was cooked to perfection! They also have a... More

Location was city central, parking available, decor O.K., food very good but especially the Peanut Butter Pie. It was very light and fluffy almost like a souffle. Server was very nice, price was reasonable. We'd go again if we lived nearby and not where we do in CA.

This is Cumberland and the dinner options are limited. We chose this after reviewing the best rated venues on TA and doing some walk bys. We ended up ordering a bottle of Butternut Chardonnay, a shrimp appetizer (these were dry), Maryland crab cakes (these were 5s on a 10 point scale) and prime rib (7 on a 10 point scale)... More

City lights was just what we were looking for after our drive from Ohio, we didn't want fast food or super fancy and not a chain restaurant. It was nice that they didn't have TVs where our table was located. Great glass of wine and my salmon & rice was delectable!
