Just Okay

My friend took me for lunch at Puccini's. She ordered the famous pizza and I ordered a sandwich. The pizza looked great. The roll on my sandwich could have been a lot fresher. Their homemade fries are the best. The main problem with our visit was bad service. The restaurant was not busy. We... read more

The food here is above average. Sometimes the customers are below average... I have to give the servers credit though. One of them spoke up to try to quiet the children (teenagers).

hubby took me for my birthday at my request - our first dinner out in Cumberland was at Puccini's predecessor Uncle Tucker's. Were seated in the really cool pizza cellar. Cheesy breadsticks were great as was the pizza. Our server appeared to be really irritated that she had to wait on us. I'm not sure why since we didn't order... More

We have driven by this restaurant numerous times with our travels but finally decided to stop today. We chose to eat in the pizza cellar. It had a rustic, cozy feel. The server was very friendly and prompt. We ordered the coal fired pizza. It has very thin crust and was a little burnt on parts of it. The overall... More

Zucchini fries are a must. Kid friendly with cloth napkins. Pepperoni & cheese with extra sauce!!!! Classy place for a date or a family dinner. Easy on easy off interstate.

I have spent 10+ years working in the restaurant business and managed the most prestigious restaurant in our entire area. I understand the business inside and out. After my experience this evening I do not plan on going back. I know how busy it is on the weekends at all food places. We walked in the door and stood without... More

I’ve driven past this place for years and this past weekend decided to stop and check it out… I wish I would have stopped in years ago! Their pizza is excellent, the service was excellent and the staff in general was all extremely happy and nice. I did try their fried zucchini sticks, they were very disappointing and in my... More

Held our Christmas party for work there in one of the upstairs rooms. The buffet was delicious. The atmosphere was very warm and cozy, just like being in someone's Antebellum home for the holidays.

Wife snd I stopped here for lunch on way home from West Virginia. Every time we passed by always want to stop and finally did. First off food was really good and portions are average size. We ordered mozzeralla and tomatoe salad with balsamic reduction oh yeah was off the wall. We also ordered a pizza which was awesome thin... More

Fantastic food from the salad to the main course! I couldn't even eat my entire entrée because the salad was so large. (Which is great by the way!) My friends dined with me also, and they had the baked crab dip and while I did not try it myself, they indicated that it was incredible. The atmosphere is fantastic albeit... More
