Just great old time custard. Special flavor each day, but vanilla and chocolate are always delicious. And they KNOW how to make a milkshake!! Sandwiches are just as good. We make it a travel-stop every time possible. Exit 43C; little tricky off and on, but very quick once you figure it out.

In Cumberland for the Mountain Md Plein Air, we ate here twice. They have great daily specials. Everything is fresh and yummy. We have never ordered anything here that wasn't delicious and generously portioned. If one stays here long enough you can see anyone who lives in the area. Best of all, they include a cone of their homemade ice... More

The Queen City Creamery, in Cumberland, Md., is a very popular place with always a line of people placing their orders for food or ice cream. Three of us had just visited the Allegeny Museum and found this place a short distance away. We had three different flavours of ice cream and just raved about the taste. Will definitely go... More

While nominally an ice cream parlor stop, they do a nice hot breakfast with egg sandwiches, bakery items, variety of coffees! Also very convenient to Western Maryland Scenic RR departure station.

If you like Ice Cream, this is the spot in Cumberland. Stopped by here at the suggestion of a local person for an afternoon snack one weekday and were not disappointed. Wish we had eaten our lunch here. Anyway, my wife and I had cones. The custard was smooth and rich, and our "one dip" small contained two dips each.... More

Went here with my family. Staff was very helpful, scoops were generous, and the atmosphere was pleasant. It is easy to get to, park in the bank lot across the street. Different flavor each day...check the website. Vanilla and chocolate are also tasty.

This is hands-down the best chili dog and chocloate malt you will ever have the pleasure of eating! (You will also be full for days.) The atmospehere is sweet and old-fashioned. There are always friendly people willing to chat about life or the area. The staff is great! If chili dogs and chocolate malts aren't your thing, the wraps and... More
