Service is amazing

"Our server Mike went above and beyond the call of duty. My Fiancé really loves the old bay cheese fondue, however it wasn't on the menu anymore. Mike still made it for us anyways. When it was time to choose the chocolate, I wanted flaming turtle but my fiancé didn't, so we chose a different kind... read more

My friend and I went to dinner at the Melting Pot because she received a gift certificate for Christmas. This was a restaurant that people had said many great things about so we were excited to try. I made a reservation for 7 and we were seated around 7:30. The waitress was very nice and she explained how to order... More

A fun way to eat some good food. Fondue everything. There are many choices, and a slow, relaxing atmosphere.

Allow time. Savor each course ... starting with cocktails. Don't rush thru it. Try to leave space for the dessert fondue. More than a meal .. make it an event

We went here because we got a gift card for our anniversary. When I called to make the reservation, the guy I spoke to asked my name for the reservation and then specifically asked if we were celebrating something and I said yes, our anniversary. He said that's wonderful and asked what my husband's name is, so I told him... More

Daughter's 35th birthday dinner - she loves cheese and the restaurant. I like cheese but was concerned about the value. Ridiculous. But that's what she wanted. Mistake #1 (Sometimes Dad DOES know best.) Wait staff very good, but they don't have much to work with. 1st course cheese fondue. Not quite as good as the fondue packets available at the... More

My boyfriend and I went here for date night. We had 3 meats to choose from for each of us. Together, we ordered teriyaki steak, chicken, shrimp, duck, filet mignon, and another type of steak. The duck was the absolute best! Service was impeccable! Ambiance, magnificent! Expect to spend about $120 or so for two people. Tip- Check groupon or... More

We were visiting our son and he wanted to go to the restaurant for his birthday celebration. Parking was confusing because of construction going on and there were no signs to let you know what to do. I was afraid the whole concept was a bit gimmicky and I was right. The food was good and certainly ample but price... More

I really, really want to like this restaurant. The concept is intriguing. Columbia has always seemed chopped up into confusing communities. Having said that, I love Columbia. But it doesn't help when arriving at this restaurant. The parking is behind the restaurant, and there is much construction in the adjacent lot, next to the sidewalk that takes you to the... More
