This is hands down my favorite sushi resturant. I can't believe that every meal is as delicious as the one before. And I make weekly visits! The entire staff is so friendly and makes me feel like family, knowing my favorite sushi and drinks as soon as I am seated, making my dining experience even more delightful. I always look... More

Once again, my lunch at your restaurant was excellent. Your "Pretty in Red" roll was wonderfully spicy - especially with it being a bit chilly outside. I can always count on great food when I visit and the tea just keeps on coming. Your Sesame Seed Ice Cream is extra tasty too. Thanks!

Sushi is fresh and reasonably priced, my favorite is the Tonkatsu - just like Mom used to make. Seaweed salad + miso soup and you are done...good sized portions' very friendly people, excellent service. Add to your restaurant list!

The special rolls here never disappoint, they have a lot of variety, Sushi as well as Hot Dishes. The staff here treat you like old friends, service is always great. It does get quite busy on some days, but it's well worth the wait. There is also the Sushi Bar, you can get all the dishes there as well, but... More

The atmosphere is very kitschy, very generic, very run-of-the-mill japanese sushi. Cheesy as it might be, I suppose you give them points for effort. I've visited twice and on both occasions, the sushi was good. Good variety, fresh fish, reasonably priced. If you're looking for decent sushi, this place fits the bill.

We've only been there once but the prices were higher and quality lower than the Hanamura restaurant across the street. We prefer the Hanamura restaurant or Red Parrot (Hanover) for better quality sushi.

i can't believe i haven't reviewed this restaurant before -- but then again we travelers always tend to neglect the gems in our own backyards! i simply cannot say enough good things about sushi king -- my family has eaten at sushi king for at least 10 years and we love every single visit! whenever i am home the first... I'm fairly new to the Columbia area. I was looking for a place to top or compare to Edo in Baltimore. Sushi King is the best sushi in Columbia. It beats Yama sushi and the sushi place in downtown Columbia by the mall in my opinion though it comes second to Edo. I have dined in only a couple of... More

This place was great. Very nice and welcoming staff. The sushi is a little expensive but very exotic and creative. We got about 5 rolls and it was plenty. Highly recommend

A few colleagues and I went for a casual lunch and had a nice meal. I ordered a combo meal of chicken teriyaki and a tuna roll. I requested that the tuna roll have avocado added to it and offered to pay an additional amount. The wait time was reasonable. The miso was good. When they brought out the main... More
