We've eaten at Mamma Lucia's several times, and each time we went we were made to feel unwelcome. I don't know what the problem is. The food is good, but not so good that I'm willing to ignore bad service to go there.

I've written reviews for this restaurant over the years. Food is still excellent. I had the mushroom ravioli. My family had salmon pasta special, penne rose. Chicken Marsala. All excellent! Potions huge. Quality food. Great service!

We visited this restaurant due to proximity to our hotel. It's right across the street from the Hampton Inn. They brought out a basket of garlic bread with some zesty, yummy oil to dip the bread in. I ordered an appetizer since I wasn't overly hungry. The shrimp renato was perfect. It wasn't overly cooked or soaking in butter. My... More

Went there on the night before thanksgiving. Food portions we're big. The mussels we're good but one of the people in our party ordered Chicken Parm. The spaghetti was overcooked. Another ordered the mushroom ravioli and the edges were undercooked. All in all average meal.

While staying at the nearby Cherry Hill RV park, we discovered that this part of town is a culinary wasteland - where to go for a nice dinner with wine? We have been to Mamma Lucia's for five dinners, both in and take-out pizza. The service (Liz) is excellent, and the food is very good, with very large portions. White... More

I went to Mamma Lucia's as a teenager & loved their pizza. I moved away & when I visited the area I was happy to discover that they not only still exist but they have multiple locations. I have tried different things on the menu & everything has been good, but it is the pizza that I love the most.... More

The food was decent and reasonably priced...but the service was excellent! I have not found places that have good customer service much recently...but this one has it. The garden salad was a real salad too...lots of fresh, different types of lettuce. Pizza was good too...large sized! I would go back.

Basically fast-food Italian with rush-rush atmosphere typical of eateries catering to college students. We thought it was an Italian restaurant. It strives to be one, but not all goals are attained. The Italian full-service menu looked good. We had a regular dinner off this menu. Not impressed, though it was edible. Server claimed that chef was top-notch, but this place... More

We contacted Mamma Lucia's last minute, an hour before closing. They accomodated 9 adults and 5 children well, gave prompt and attentive service, stayed open a few minutes later and took pictures of us. Food was delicious.

Excellent pizza. Generous pasta dishes, well-prepared. Not fancy, but it has an authentic ambiance. I have been there tree times with my UMD daughter. Looking forward to my next trip to College Park.
