This is a very good choice for cheap, simple Thai and Vietnamese dishes. I am partial to the rice noodles with grilled pork and spring roll for lunch, but also frequently have the Pad Thai or the Pad See Ew. The Phos are also very good, and other family members like the spicy salads and the curries. There is a... More

We were on a college visit at U of Maryland and a student told us to try Pho Thom for lunch. It was a short walk from the campus. The menu has a little bit of everything including vegetarian dishes. The Pho noodle soups here are awesome. I sometime elect to choose the thin round-eye and brisket, then supplement the dish with extra meatballs (or vice versa). The Thai dishes here are really good, too. This restaurant is a must try if you like Vietnamese food with Thai options.

Visiting area from NJ. Was driving around looking for somewhere to eat. Was pleasantly surprised. Excellent Garden (summer) rolls with yummy peanut sauce. Place was crowded for summer night in a college town.

It's conveniently just around the corner from UMD. Beef Pad kee Mao is the best but not too crazy about their chicken, it's usually tough but still edible. Would deffinitely roccomend it

I've been going here since they opened last winter and the food is always great. I usually get the pho soups but the other food is always good too. The big bowls of soup have an awesome broth and tons of noodles, and the meat is nice and tender. The spring rolls are really good too. I highly recommend this... More
