My husband and I went here on a Labor Day Monday at around 7:00pm. There was not a hostess up front and we had to wait for a few minutes. We were then seated by a lady we will call Jane and were placed at a table by ourselves in the back section of the restaurant since the 4 front... More

I visited this location with family members. We were greeted right away and taken to a grill table. The server took our drink and food orders immediately. The chef couldn't speak much English, which is not a problem at all, except that he didn't understand that I wanted to tip him for such a great "show" and service. He was... More

Our family really enjoys the Teppanyaki-style cooking at Ginza. The food is great, and the staff and chefs are typically very engaging. Last night, the chef invited each of my children to come up and stir-fry the rice, and they had a blast! The only negative about this restaurant is that it's expensive. Typically, we don't go unless we have... More

This is about the Shrewsberry, Pa location. After being highly recommended by family that lives there & would go up to 3 times a month for the sushi, we were excited to go. We had multiple long waiting times after our orders were placed. Confusion was the theme from the 3 employees that came to our table. Watching the single... More

I took my 10 year old son on a Sunday around 2ish. It was not crowded at all, which was nice. Food was avg. Hostess/ Waitress was very nice and made my son's day by giving him extra fortune cookies. Very reasonably priced lunch special. We did the Habachi and show not more than avg. Our chef was nice but... More

Waited over 25 minutes for the waitress and no one showed up at our table to help us. We got discussed and walked out.

Went here for dinner (Hibachi) on numerous occasions and the meal was good. I usually get the the Filet & Shrimp and they were fantastic along with Miso soup, Salad. Every single time we have visited this place, it was not busy, and got our own table, which was pretty nice. The dinner show is mediocre to good, depending of... More

While on business trip, arrived alone at 6:30 and found this mall restaurant appeared to be on last call. Was seated at a hibachi table between two families. I felt out of place. The couples felt the need to entertain me and we ended up having a nice time. Meal was ok, but overpriced.

Went on a Thursday night for a first date. The chef was not a major distraction and did a small unimpressive onion volcano, but the food tasted great, and the value was great.

Here's the bottom line...GO...you'll love it. Specializing in Hibachi and Sushi. Although I can only vouch for the Hibachi, oh, and the fried Calamari was really good too! Great with kids - Groups are encouraged - Great for parties (call in advance: their website infers possible discounts available). Excellent quality; excellent service; excellent with kids; a really fun time; a... More
