The food is extremely good. The prices are $$$ and I left hungry due to small portions. You can buy most of the same prepared food at the Roots organic market next door. The restaurant and organic market are owned by the same company. The seating is cramped and crowded at the restaurant.

The food here is always SO amazing! They keep the menu fresh & seasonal. I have never had a bad meal or bad service. The atmosphere is great and the prices are so reasonable. The only thing I wish I could change......is I wish I lived closer! I bring vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and even my carnivore friends here and everyone... More

It is indeed rare to find a vegan restaurant that has fantastic food at a reasonable price. Add to that a wait staff who is always friendly and attentive. A wonderful dining experience. And no animals paid a price for me to have a great meal.

We went here because a family member eats Vegan. But, i would not think of it as just a vegan place. The menu is varied with lots of choices so you can find something without looking too hard. They do have the imitation meats, but we chose some of the other options. Everything was well prepared, fresh, and very tasty.... More

Great Sage is my favorite vegan restaurant in Maryland. I love the food, dessert, cocktails and the staff, I have probably dined here over 15 times now.. and not once disappointed. They replace some menu items seasonally - which is nice to have and be able to experience more of their dishes and creativity. I love going there for their... More

We just had our first meal at Great Sage and we will be back for many more. Great variety on the menu: we had Spring Roll appetizer served with spicy chili soy and tasty peanut sauces, entrees of Hearts Of Palm 'Crab Cake' (the one large cake was to die for!) and Cashew Sage Fettuccini Alfredo (nicely balanced although some... About two months ago, my family and I went to this place and due to it being busy made reservations for the same evening. We waited in the parking lot and were told the wait would be 45 minutes and they would call us. After an hour we went in and was told it would be another hour and a... More
