Loved the healthy, creatively put-together, delicious dishes! Top quality in freshness and seasoning. Too bad they went completely vegan - many of us are lacto-ovo vegetarians and I do miss eggs, cream and real cheese when I dine there. I believe there are many conscientious and humane local farmers in the area - hope great sage rethinks this! However, even... More

Wow - this is place is really impressive. Excellent decor and environment, great service, reasonable prices, and most importantly, delicious food! I decided to skip fast food on a I-95 road trip and veer out toward this place, and I was really glad I did. The cauliflower buffalo wings were terrific. They happily gave my friend extra sauces to go... More

The staff is always friendly and I love the variety of foods that are offered at Great Sage. It is one of my favorite restaurants in the area to go to for lunch.

I would bring friends here to eat whether they were vegan or not, the food is THAT good! The atmosphere was charming, the staff was attentive. The food was great! Everything we ate was great. It's nice to have vegan cuisine taken seriously.

I have eaten at Great Sage many times. As a vegetarian with a vegan son, and various vegan/vegetarian friends, this is one of the best options in my area. Great Sage has a very diverse menu with interesting dishes, all using healthy vegetables to create foods nearly identical to the non-vegan dishes, such as crab cakes, mac n cheese, pierogies,... I had the adult mac and cheese. I have been a vegan since August, 2014 and I have made some cheesy dishes myself with cashews and macadamias. I don't know how they make their cheese sauce but it was absolutely wonderful, satisfying that need for mac and cheese more than I could even hope for. I loved the veggies that... More

I've been here twice now and really enjoyed my experience - the atmosphere, the unique selection, the gluten-free friendliness. However, I've been mildly sick after each experience (I am celiac). The first time I wasn't sure if it was related to the restaurant, and I wanted to believe it wasn't from this meal, so I tried again. I'm not sure... More

...but I never would have known it is a vegan restaurant, if I hadn't been told. We had the Buffalo Bites and Sage's Famous Artichoke Spinach Dip to start which were both delicious. We each ordered a different entree which we all thoroughly enjoyed - Mushroom Risotta, Adult Mac 'n Cheese, Beet and Black Bean Burger and the Tacos Pastor.... More

I didn't find the Great Sage as wonderful as many of the other posts. My experience there was not a good one. I am not vegan, nor do I seek out organic products, but went with a friend for a lunch. I had a hard time finding something on the menu to order and decided on a kale salad and... More
