Very good for families

Not bad. Just ok. Nothing special. Convenient location from hotel we were staying. Good service. Nothing fancy. A little pricy for the quality.

Lia's had a nice menu, great choices and very good food. The outdoor patio was perfect to meet friends and enjoy the beautiful weather. Our server was very accommodating. I will return when I am back in town.

When weather permits, I always enjoy dining outdoors. Lia's fortunately can accommodate this request. I have enjoyed a quaint indoor table seating for two for dinner, served drinks and appetizers at the bar and have also enjoyed a lunch outside. Both the service and food have been very good. A five star restaurant it is not, but definitely a good... More

The extensive menu at Lia's has something for everyone. Even average-sounding dishes are prepared to perfection. This is a good place to go for a double-date night or to bring out-of-town guests. The atmosphere is upscale yet casual, the service is great, and the food doesn't disappoint.

Once again we enjoyed a wonderful meal at Lia's! Two of us ordered the special and two ordered our go to the chicken with polenta - amazing!

My wife have enjoyed Lia's for several years, whether at the bar for great happy hour deals on fun food (great pizzas!) and drinks, or in the restaurant, where the diverse menu tilts Italian. We recently went to dinner with friends and had our best meals ever. The shrimp over pasta with cauliflower sauce was spectacular. The pasta was perfect,... More

It is a pleasant restaurant with good service, The appetizers, particularly the oysters, were excellent, however, the pastas were heavy, nothing like the pastas in Italy. Same with the deserts, heavy and solid. After the appetizers the remaining dishes were disappointing.

This place is easy to miss as it is tucked away a bit. A colleague and I were staying at Chevy Chase so visited for a late lunch. It has an outside seated area, but as the day was humid we decided to go indoors for some AC. It has a neat and tidy bar and we were served by... More

Just had lunch at Lia's and it was really good. Menu reminded me of some standard farm to table places we have in Colorado with good variety, fresh sounding ingredients. I didn't investigate the wine list very carefully but it seemed like they had good options. For lunch I had a savory wild mushroom ravioli. Very good. My mom had... More
