Close to the canal, a good place to grab a unique sandwich or a delicious pastry. Service isn't always fast, use this as an unwinding place and not a grab and go and you will be fine.

We had the Chesapeake Omelet and the Mexican Omelet. They were both awesome. The coffee was really good too. Make sure to order the multi grain toast - how often do you comment about how good the bread was on the way home?? A special shout out goes to our waitress Erika - she should be in charge on training... More

I've only been here for breakfast but it's my favorite place in Cecil County. Homestyle cooking, no artificial ingredients, large portions.

Most of the houses in this area, looks like something from Old Williamsburg, VA.....and it surprised us. This place provided a different charm that is usually seen in smaller villages, in a country type setting. I kept looking around for an old jukebox with some Woody Guthrie type songs in it. Barb and I ordered omelets, coffee and orange juice.... More

We found our way here for a light dinner through the recommendation of our innkeeper. It's a quaint and unpretentious local feel - the kind of place we felt comfortable in as soon as we walked in. The server was friendly and helpful. There were evening specials of pasta and seafood as well as soups. We opted for a turkey... More

Great little cafe, with a nice selection. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are good! We had breakfast here every morning, and I look forward to going back. I love this town!

Stopped in for breakfast while visiting Chesapeake City (and came back again). We had a very pleasant breakfast, no waiting, good coffee and great warm muffin. I had a breakfast burrito which was really good but I had to share it because it was pretty filling. Very nice waitress!
