Lunch on Saturday

Nice place for a pleasant lunch. Waitress provided good service. The cream of crab soup was above average, the fried crab cake was just OK. Probably should have ordered the broiled crab cake advertised as lump crabmeat (but at market price). Cold beer, great view of the harbor and an... read more

Nice place for a pleasant lunch. Waitress provided good service. The cream of crab soup was above average, the fried crab cake was just OK. Probably should have ordered the broiled crab cake advertised as lump crabmeat (but at market price). Cold beer, great view of the harbor and an interesting draw bridge. Would I go back? No, I'd probably... More

We have been stopping here for several years on our way to the beach and up until this visit have loved it!!! What happened? Service was fine but the food has gone way downhill! Three of us ordered the Maryland Crab Soup and wow that was a mistake!!! First off it had chunks of beef in it, which was not... More

We arrived here about 6PM for dinner. Started with their "ultimate" margarita, which wasn't. In fact I would say it was one of the worst I've ever had. Cheap sour mix, cheaper tequila, and a tiny float of grand marnier. Lots of ice. Don't go for the margaritas. We ordered crab balls as an appetizer, they came out pretty quickly... More

I believe any experience depends on how you go into it. That said, I expected Snappers to be pretty good, and I found it to be great. Hubby and I stopped in for Happy Hour on a Wednesday on a whim, and we're so glad we did. We sat at the bar and enjoyed being treated warmly by Eastern Shore's... More

My family stopped here to eat on the water after an engagement in Cambridge. The location and initial impression was promising. However it all went downhill from there. The service was ridiculously slow - I felt bad for our waitress - who was also the tiki bar bartender - as she didn't have much help. Food arrived with no utensils... More

Similiar to the way I feel about Portside. I'm just not impressed. The prices are too high for sub-par seafood & I don't even understand how you can have sub-par seafood on the Eastern Shore. I won't be back.

Love their shrimp salad sandwich, good value. Great location in summer on the deck. Service is very slow

I was in the area for business and this was about the only restaurant that seemed to be open. Great atmosphere at is sits right on the dock. There were even a couple boats in the water including a classic Skipjack. We ordered a 1/2 size nacho tray and enough came out for 4...at least! A lot of their offerings... More

We enjoyed stopping at Snappers on our way home from the beach today. The Caesar salad had homemade dressing that was delicious, the cream of crab soup very tasty and contained lump crab meat, and our kids loved the clam strips. Thanks to our server Gary we had excellent service and we even got to peak at their "Rave Cave"... More

My husband and I had dinner here last night and were very disappointed in the quality of the food. I ordered the seafood enchilada and it was very dry and tasteless. The fish tasted old. The server offered to exchange it for another entree so I chose the Jamaican burger which wasn't bad. The server was pushing the calamari appetizer... More
