Had a family dinner a few weeks ago at Blue Point and as usual it was fantastic. We had the halibut blackened, I highly recommend it. Try samples of the different oysters, they really are tasty and fun to try. The atmosphere is festive on the weekend and the views are second to none.

Average food. Frozen Crab cakes and microwaved food, at fresh food prices. Staff was friendly, and proficient.

Wonderful food, fast service, reasonable prices. I'd go back in an instance. It is an easy walk from the hotel, on hotel grounds.

The service was fast and friendly. The food was good and nicely presented. Most of us enjoyed various seafood dishes as well as tasty drinks. The atmosphere is casual to resort casual.

We ate there because we were staying at the restaurant, great views, great service, excellent food, with good Happy hour prices and specials. Too noisy when dining inside

The location of the restaurant is great for inside and outdoor dining views. The menu has a good selections of seafood especially coming from the Chesapeake Bay. The price value is reasonable for a resort setting.

Our family dined here over Memorial Day weekend, late one night. The staff was very happy to accommodate us even though we were the last patrons of the night. The catch of the day was delicious, as was the salmon and the fried calamari. A steak was too well done and replaced with a smile. The kids enjoyed desert; it... More

We were a group of 8 women arriving for our reservation at different times, lots of questions about the menu, a really difficult group to wait on. We had to have been a nightmare for her but she never showed it. Our server was totally patient, helpful and accomodating through it all. And the food was excellent.

My husband and I enjoyed a nice weekend at the Hyatt Regency. On our first night we ate at the Blue Point Restaurant. We ordered the Crab Dip and the Prime Rib. The Crab dip was by far the best crab dip I have ever had. Not only was there a lot of crab meat on top of the dip... More

If you read my review of the Hyatt in Cambridge, you'll get all the details. But essentially the food was horrible. The crab cake was the worst I've had in my life. So expensive, but all I could manage to eat were two bites. Also didn't like the crab dip or the kid's chicken and cheese sauce meal. I did... More
