I go here occasionally because I live less than a mile away. The food is always top quality. I enjoy the salmon as much as the beef. Always fresh, well prepared and nicely served. The only problem is the parking. Located at the end of a bustling shopping center, it is difficult to find a convenient parking place. Even on... More

Most are aware of the excellent food at this chain restaurant. What stands out at this location is commitment to customer service. While being family friendly, the atmosphere does not degrade to "Chucky Cheese with steak." The staff and management are primarily concerned with how well you enjoy the food. My wife's steak was under cooked and although she did... More

We were staying in Bowie for the Navy/Hawaii football game and ate at this restaurant on a Friday evening at about 6:00. There were just a few people waiting, so we grabbed the first booth that came open in the bar area. Our waitress was very prompt, was very knowledgeable regarding the menu. She took our drink order promptly and... More

For a franchise, this place is always surprisingly good. The salads come out super cold and fresh, and the sangria's are my favorite!

We were a party of 7 on a Friday night. I won't drag this review out. Just know that the steaks were cold, undercooked and not what were use to having at an Outback. We had continue to ask for things..etc while the waiter was engaging into other conversations. First and last time there

Went one evening with friends and ordered the Steak and All you can eat Shrimp. After ONE order of the shrimp scampi, was told (at 7:30PM) that the scampi was out because the kitchen ran out of the material to make the scampi sauce/seasoning. At THIS time of night? Then asked for and was served the 'buffalo shrimp' - COLD!... More

As a general rule, Prince George's County is not known for good restaurants or other businesses in which customer service is important. However, my girlfriend and I were in the area and wanted a nice dinner, and I thought that a big-name restaurant chain like Outback would be immune from the PG County rule. I was wrong. It was a... Show up: 30 minute wait. 30 minutes later I asked how long. "Another 20". Basically 1-1/2 hours later we were seated. Was with a diabetic. Not fun. Basically they lied so people wouldn't go elsewhere. Waiting is fine, just be honest about it. I won't go back to this location ever again.

This place is horrible. Our server loaded our tables with fountain drinks so she wouldn't have to come back. Seriously. We had full drinks and then she just brought extra drinks. Our table was incredibly crowded. It also sucked for the one person in our party who was drinking beer b/c he had to wait forever for a refill. We... More

So, i love the contemporary reno and new location of this restaurant. Nice atmosphere for dining. The food is pretty much the same - I believe everyone has their favorites and they are fairly consistent with preparation. The service could use a renovation. I don't know if my visits were just poor timing, but there was no friendly or efficient... More
