Great Pizza!

Food was very good! Service was good even if the did not have enough staff. They are very kid friendly!. The Pizza was light and crispy! The dough was very good. All my kids loved it

When you walk in and the framed reviews are about cheap eats you know it will be Nothing Fancy..... No place mats and paper napkins. Some interesting apps and a few "dinner" entrees. Pizza is where its at here. BUT--- Order the pizza the way they want... NO SUBSTITUTIONS. On a slow night why did our Calzone and Pizza get... More

We were a party of seven - two grandparents, two parents, and three grandchildren between 6 and 3. Our wood fired pizzas had a very light crust and the toppings were delicious. The grilled chicken with penne was also delicious. We were there early, and most of the diners were families with children, so the place was somewhat noisy. It... More

Even if you don’t live near Bethesda, it’s worth riding the Metro to savor one of Mia’s Pizzas. DC has its shares of first class pizza places, but Mia puts her own spin on the Naples wood fired classic. The crust, still delightfully thin, gives a bit better foundation than most others. The ingredients and toppings are all first rate.... More

Overall was a very good experience in Mia's pizza. First, it has a great location, near to Cordell's public parking lot. We ordered the verdura pizza, a nice veggie a tasty one. It had a nice crust with a good amount of cheese (not too much, not too less). We also ordered a baby kale and Cesar salads which were... More

Located in downtown Bethesda in one of the nicest streets, we have eaten wood oven pizza made to the perfection! Inventive, I had a fig and goat cheese pizza that was perfect. Very friendly staff.

On a recommendation from a friend, I dropped by Mia's Pizza for dinner one day. The menu was nothing but pizza. I was amazed at how one food could have so much variety while remaining true to its Italian origins, with no ridiculous toppings. I ordered a pizza (what a surprise!) and after a lengthy wait, received a delicious meal.... More

We enjoy Mia's on a regular basis. Good wood-fired pizza, calzone and other Italian dishes in a cozy, pleasant venue. Reasonable wine by the glass or bottle. Molto bene!

My family of four has eaten here many times, and we are never disappointed, even though only two of us eat pizza. One daughter, who is gluten free, gets a salad with grilled chicken that is excellent. My wife, who simply avoids bread, gets grilled vegetables, salad, chicken, etc. On our most recent visit, in April 2015, my wife had... More

Service was so great, we felt like it was a family member serving us (a family member you actually like). Our pizzas were delivered to the table in a very short time and the ingredients all seemed to be of really good quality. The crowd was somewhat young and it was a nice atmosphere to relax in. I am more... More
