Went for breakfast with a friend. It was good but not great. I had coffee, juice and French toast with scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. All were pretty good but nothing was outstanding. The service was efficient but not particularly friendly. The ambiance is diner-like, though it is in an office-type building. The prices are pretty reasonable.

Old Georgetown Grill: A Mixed Bag The eggs were dandy, the meats right, The sausage was a lovely sight. The bacon was of all the rest Tasty and by far the best The toast, alas, was truly bad Among the worst I’ve ever had. So, what is one to do? Why don’t they try a thing or two? Like heat... More

No dress code and the food is really good and beyond basic. Had a wonderful fall morning breakfast and enjoyed the service and quaint surroundings. Nice atmosphere for a small place and they are definitely offering value, beyond basic food and an easy going laid back place to relax.

Had breakfast on Sunday morning and it was ok. Eggs cooked right, toast cooked right, rubbery bacon and though the home fries were hot, could have been crustier and needed more onions. Prices reasonable for Bethesda. Highlight was the Greek waitress but that won't be enough to get me to return.

love this diner for its simple menu and good breakfast. omelettes are huge. ok , the food is not fancy gourmet fare, just good breakfast/brunch. hash browns are full of onions and peppers and the environment is ok for kids as its a little noisy in there and the tables are full of regulars. prices are decent. i think the... Eat here often....usually on the weekend. They have specials, good prices, hot food, great staff and waitresses. Nothing special but fast good food.

I am not sure why is place appears to be so popular. This breakfast diner food was terrible. Served cold, and greasy on a sticky table. Don't ask me how pancakes and bacon can turn out this bad. Not recommended.

This was like stepping back in time - the plastic mismatched flowers that line the window sills, the rickety chair I tried to sit still in, the various dried food drips along the railing. I just didn't get a good clean feeling about the place. We ordered pancakes and a waffle. Both were slightly overcooked, heavy, and flavorless. The coffee... More

Four of us went for breakfast. Despite the restaurant being very busy, we received service right away, and the food was very tasty. We were very happy with the place and will definitely return!

Great value. Simple, no frills, good food. It's surprising how hard it is to find adequate breakfast options in Bethesda. This place is simple, fast and well priced, especially for Bethesda. They have all the normal breakfast and lunch options plus a few Greek options you don't see everywhere.
