Nice, inexpensive --- but place smelled like dirty dishwater when I was there --- not thrilled. Supposedly there is a buffet or a rotating sushi bar --- would be nice to try --- but not a "go-to" place for lunch. If I did come back --- would try the cooked fish "combo" --- looked more appetizing than my sushi

We did the weekend dinner buffet..was not impressed. It felt like we were walking to the basement to be seated, we had to keep asking the sushi chef to make more! Taste wise food was good but overall exprience was poor! Will not go back!

Dropped in for lunch, ordered the Sushi Lunch plus edamame and tempura shrimp. Miso soup was good as was all the food. Sushi was well prepared and tasty. Decor is a bit worn and tired. All in all a good lunch was had.

Sushi is always fresh and delicious. The salad bar at lunch time is a bargain. Service is impeccable. They are always inventing new dishes. They have been many years n the heart of Bethesda where restaurant competition is intense.
