I have been a fan of the "Original Pancake House" since the fifties. I was pleased that this member of the franchise provided a dining experience comparable to the best of my OPH meals. Parking can be a problem however if you use the lot below the plaza you can have a two hour validation. Make certain you use the... More

The Original Pancake House has a really big menu with limitless options for breakfast, lunch & dinner. I was there with a large group and they took care of us very well. It takes their omelets a while to make because they bake them in the oven but when they come out they are HUGE and filled with whatever toppings... More

We always eat here when we are in town. The Nutella and Banana Crepes are really good. Although we had an issue with our order this time, they were quick to fix it and made sure we were happy. There was a little less Nutella than I would have liked and that was previously served which is why I only... More

Everything you could possibly want and more. My son had carrot cake pancakes and they looked delicious. What i appreciated was that they were VERY clear about the use of their peanut oil. For those of us with allergies it is a consideration that is much appreciated.

Met two friends on a Thursday morning for breakfast. They stayed at the hyatt hotel which is an easy walk. Our breakfasts were good but nothing to make this place different from any other. To be clear, this is a pancake house and all of us had eggs. So this review does not reflect on their specialty. What was surprising... More

Great food but crowded with no place to wait, on cold day had to stand in courtyard. Fairly clean, wait-staff seemed very friendly.

Me and my husband have finally visited this restaurant and loved it! The food is really good and the service was pretty good too. We both got breakfast there so that's all we can comment on, but we both think it's way better than IHOP. It may have been a little more expensive then IHOP but I think it was... More

Came here after spotting it on Wisconsin Ave. and since I love pancakes, I had to come in and try it. The list of pancakes, waffles and French toast are endless. There's also a large variety of eggs and omelets. Beware when you select your food though. Every single dish has the calorie listed next to it, so if you... More

We ate here on our last morning in the area (a Thursday). We were seated quickly and service was prompt and very friendly. They have a huge selection of pancakes - my husband had the carrot cake pancakes, which were delicious and I had the eggs benedict - another winner! The value was wonderful. Other reviews say it can be... More

Had breakfast there on a Saturday and had to wait about 15 mins for a table. Seems to be a popular place with locals. The entire menu looked delicious, had some crepes that were very good, did not care too much for the potato pancakes.
