Long-time Rockville (NOT Bethesda) standard, it is now closed. Entire chain filed for bankruptcy in December 2012 and this location is now closed.
We stopped by on the way to a WV hiking and was disappointing twice. In the last time I orderered a California Market Salad and for me it tasted like a bad dessert because was too sweet and too heavily dressed. See the photo and you will see what a salad shouldn't be. The ambiance is regular with families and... More
Partnering with DuPars was a mistake. The menu has lost some old favorites and the additions don't really add anything. Prices are too high and the food is only so-so. Used to love this place but now it's nothing special.
First visit to Hamburger Hamlet and really enjoyed it. Prices are reasonable considering the area where it's located. Although I didn't order anything their bakery had some delicious looking deserts. A very large selection on the menu and really liked they offer breakfast!
Great service. Open 24 hrs and food was really good. Love the international servers from different parts of the world. Enjoyed talking to staff as they were very diverse and helpful.

Had higher expectations for this place. The burgers were ok, and the combinations of toppings were interesting, but the bread was old and dry and flaked apart. The fries weren't anything special. I think they were going for a gourmet burger but missed the basics. The service was mediocre at best. If you're looking for a good burger, keep looking.
I used to come here all the time with my son and his middle school friends, and the place was a favorite for hamburgers. There's been a management change since those days. The menu's still eclectic...filled with a wide range of comfort foods in addition to burgers, just as before. My salad (California Market) had too much dressing and too... More
