The luster is off Houston's of Bethesda. Now, known as the Woodmont Grill, that interminable 45 min wait and snobbish attitude is no longer mitigated by fantastic food and excellent service. I've not eaten here since I did not enjoy a lunch so this review is of the restaurant three years ago. It is possible it has changed since then. I have severe food allergies. When I asked our server to request that part of my meal be pan-cooked or baked instead of grilled beside my allergen, the chef refused. Most... more

This has been a favorite of mine for years. They have the BEST chicken tenders and fries. They're not on the menu, so you have to ask for them. more
