Great food SSSSLLLLOOOOWWWW service!

We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered from the curry to the lamb to the spinach. The naan was incredibly delicious. But given that there was only 1 other table occupied when we arrived, it should not have taken 35 minutes for our food to arrive. Prices were average. Dishes were generously... read more

There is not a shortage of restaurants in Bethesda and one can be easily overwhelmed, but for Indian food the choice has to be Tandoori Nights. For starters we ordered a vegetable soup, a vegetable samosa appetizer and garlic naan and split all of them amongst the four of us. The garlic naan was excellent and was a nice take... More

Went here with the family, and we were very satisfied. Ambiance was OK. Food was very good. We had the samosas for appetizers, chicken and vegetarian entrees, plain and onion Naan. The entrees were large sized, but the naan was small. Service was attentive.

Came here after a day at D.C. seated promptly had water immediately and drinks shortly there after, all the food we ordered was well seasoned and just what you would expect from an Indian Resturant. The naan was soft and you could tell it was fresh. My only complaint was the person filling the water every time you took a... More

After touring DC on foot wanted to have some good Indian food. I found about this place on the internet with decent reviews. Though its a little far from DC, still decided to come here. I felt the ambience of this place is very good and so is the food. The items I ordered were really well prepared. I would... More

Recently opened with an upscale décor. Pretty doesn't guarantee comfort. Chairs didn't suit my 6-foot, 200-pound frame. More importantly, the food was disappointing. Mulligatawny Soup, an all time favorite, was mediocre at best. If they can't excel with such a standard, well.......Also tried an assortment platter of Vegetable Pakora, Samosa, Chicken Tikka, and Lamb Seekh Kabob. Nothing was especially good,... More

I took my family to Tandoori Nights last Saturday and we were quite impressed. Despite the many South Asian options in Bethesda, this place was certainly packed! We got a table in no time, and the service was very good. The system of using electronic ordering through iPhone is smart. The food was excellent, and was definitely worth it (except... More

The whole tandoori chicken was superb!! Moist inside with a nutty crisp bite on the outside laying on a bed of grilled onions and carrots. I was taken aback with the subtle flavor and aroma. Although Babbu, the manager almost forgot to take our order as we sat outside for an early dinner. We almost left.. They made it up... More

Lovely setting, great Bethesda Row area. Appetizers were a bit drab, but the entrée, Chicken Korma Kashmiri, was excellent. Prices are reasonable, service was very good and quick.

For dinner before a movie, the slow delivery of food made us worry we would miss our show. The appetizer was not very enticing: pressing on the Pakoras with a fork yielded a small pool of oil that anticipated the greasy taste of the (mostly fried) Assorted Platter. In the same shared dish, both the Chicken Tikka and the Lamb... More
