Kabab Bazaar is a step up from Moby Dick's and a step down from Bistro Lazeez in terms of price and atmosphere. We were really hoping to like it as we'd love a place that served good kabobs but is a nicer place to eat than Moby Dick's down the street. Unfortunately, the food just didn't deliver. I thought my... More

We enjoy eating here every time we come to Bethesda. Tonight was no exception. We were warmly welcomed, and we had the house recommendation of Seafood Delight, with salmon, shrimp, salad and herb rice. We added a side of tabouli. We were advised to share this dish, and there was plenty of food for both of us., Everything was great,... More

Our relatives in MD booked this restaurant during our visit. The restaurant is big enough, but same time very quiet, located away from busy street in Bethesda. Interior decorated with Persian accent, great menu, moderate prices, good house wine, what else do you need? Each of us placed different orders, lamb, salads, all good. Would definitely come again.

On a hunt for a new dinner restaurant, I stumbled onto this place. Everything was Persian, from the delicious Kabobs to the long menu to the building itself. The food was great, although the service was slow. It was worth the wait, with great soups and meats. I have yet to make headway in exploring their menu, since the first... More

This is close to the Bethesda Metro stop. I had a combination plate of chicken and beef with rice while my son had lamb. Mine was tender and cooked just the way I liked it. His was with bread instead of rice and the pita, meat, and vegetables were great. Nice find

Around the corner from the Bethesda Court Hotel where we stayed. Good food; nice to find something tasty that is not loaded with fat or fried. A pleasant change from burgers. Staff made me feel like I was a long lost family member, friendly, welcoming. Will definitely go there again.

I try to have a meal here whenever I am in town. Waitstaff is knowledgeable about the whole menu and has steered me away from allergens so I can relax when I eat. The kabob made with filet mignon is melt in your mouth, and I end up getting a leftover box every time so I can have Persian ice... More

We went on a Saturday evening. The food was quite good and reasonably priced. The service was friendly but the waiter did not speak loudly enough. The reason he needed to speak louder was that there was dreadful music playing that he was competing with. The music was a live keyboard and sounded like organ music for an ice skating... More
