The service was slow. The bread was stale for my sandwich. They offered to TOAST it so that it would taste better. They were out of a lot of stuff at the start of lunch (11:30) it was a big disappointment, given that their vegetarian menu is supposed to be so good. Not worth the wait or the $$$

Had a nice dinner there which included steak and crabcakes. The steak was a bit overdone (asked for medium rare) and the crabcakes did not knock my socks off. But, the prices are reasonable and the staff helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed panini sandwiches and the crabcake platter. They claim the "best" crabcakes on their window and we weren't disappointed. Finished lunch sharing the pistachio gelato - lovely! There is a Circulator stop near by - very convenient.

Small cafe convenient to downtown Bethesda with on the street parking. Extensive gluten free menu. Tasty gluten free crab cakes. Owner brought complimentary gluten free to for us to sample and complimentary desert. Also had a wide variety of deli meats to make gluten free sandwiches and frozen food section.
