I have been to Ireland twice and Sean Bolans is just about the same as being in a pub in Ireland. The food is very good. I love the fish and chips and the wings are awesome too. The music is not loud so you can have a conversation with your party. The Guinness is served at the proper temperature,... More

We live in Bel Air, and love going to Bolans for the specials. The food off the menu is good, but the specials really make dining there a great experience. Hubby took me there for my birthday and we both got the beef wellington. Super tender, perfectly cooked filet topped with mushrooms and wrapped in a flaky dough. The dish... More

We are big Sean Bolan's fans. My husband loves their beer selection. We both love the food selection--the Reuben sandwich is the best around. I like to sit upstairs because downstairs gets too crowded and people will stand around while you are eating.

We frequent Sean Bolans and I would call it our neighborhood pub. We always sit upstairs by the window and often meet friends there. There is always good draught beer and every day there is a discount menu item. We especially like the 1/2 price reubens on Tuesdays. There are also entree specials, priced a little higher, that are always... More

I always like to stop at Bolans. The owners work behind the bar and are very nice. The Irish Toasty and Popcorn Shrimp are very good. Also a late night pretzel is a must. Draft selection is always diverse and they always have a good crowd.

We've been to the restaurant many, many times and have never been disappointed! Burgers are $5 on Sundays. Beers are reduced prices too. Sit upstairs. It's a little quieter there. Very local place. Small, but cozy. I simply love their chicken pot pie!!! I always swear I'm going to save half for next day's lunch, but never do! Try it,... More

Great traditional Irish food, and great American food. Good beer selection and friendly staff. Great as a hang out and good for taking friends out to dinner.

I'm not a drinker, so I go here for the food. The Irish Rolls are great. M husband and I split an order as an appetizer every time we visit. This past Sunday, I also had the Lamb Burger for lunch. It comes on a flat bread garnished with Bleu Cheese and Julienne Cucumber slices. It was fantastic! Juicy, flavorful... More

Went on our first visit Thursday evening during Happy Hour. 1 dollar off all drinks. Very nice neighborhood atmosphere. Lower level has a bar and 4-5 tables. Very cozy. Our server was prompt and personable. As a first timer, I wanted to try an Irish dish so it was Bangers and Mash with a Harp Ale. Sausage was excellent as... More
