We eat here once or twice a month. We have the lunch buffet and it's wonderful. It has all the Indian food you can imagine. The service is outstanding and the price is very reasonable.

We've been going to the Sizzling Bombay for years and have experienced several incarnations of the restaurant. Now there is a new chef and the very good Indian restaurant has become an excellent Indian restaurant. I admit we almost always eat at the lunch buffet--but once or twice I have ordered off the menu. My favorite is the okra dish... More

Here on a business trip and decided to try something new. My colleagues suggested Indian food. I'm glad that this was my first experience! The place is small yet comfortable and clean. I tried the Chicken Tikki masala at the suggestion of my friends. They said this was like the "starter" dish you get if you don't know what you... More

I've tried a few different dishes here, each one has been very good to excellent. Their "spice number" from 1-10 is pretty much BS though, 4 seemed the same as 5 seemed the same as 8. 1 and 10 are probably a lot different though :)

So my wife and I used to love sizzling Bombay. However, the service has gone down the hill. We last dined at the restaurant for Valentine's Day. They had a price-fix menu which consisted of soup, salad, appetizer, a choice of 4 entrees, sides, naan, and dessert. Except for the entrees, you had no choices (everyone got the same soup,... More

This is a fantastic restaurant. We went on a weekday and the restaurant was still packed out with a surprising amount of familes! Always a good sign. The waiters were very attentive and the ambience was wonderful. The owner, Mahendra, is from Nepal. In true Nepalese fashion, he was gracious and hospitable. Having just come from a community of Gurkhas,... More

I'm not sure what happened. We were here a few years ago and enjoyed ourselves. It was my sister's birthday dinner. We visited on a Saturday evening, but around 5:30 and the restaurant was pretty empty. We ordered appetizers and drinks. And then it all went down hill. We ordered our dinners and a drink w/dinner. Waiter came back confused... More

We stopped in for the lunch buffet after reading the nice reviews online on TA.. There was a good selection of food, several meat dishes, Lamb rogan josh, Chicken Tikka Marsala and Tandoori Chicken and several vegetable dishes such as Lentils, Spinach Paneer, a mushroom dish, fried vegetables, and two rice dishes and many more choices. All were in steam chafing... More

This is a great place for Indian food. My server was Raj. He asked if it was our first time eating Indian food. We told him it was, and Raj made suggestions for my wife and I. The garlic nann is awesome. I like spicy food and enjoyed the Lamb Vindaloo. They also treat kids well. My 4 yr old... More

We went to Sizzling Bombay and were very pleased. The food was really good and the service was good too. The portions were large and the prices were about average for Indian food. It is a very clean restaurant. We all left happy and full.
