Was in BelAir Maryland the other day and decided to get lunch. Our son recommended Broom's Bloom Dairy. With help from GPS we found it. Was skeptical. Had a great lunch of cream of crab soup (biggest bowl I ever had about 4 cups worth) that was very good. Also had a large roast beef sandwich ( yes had good... More

Broom's Bloom is a unique atmosphere. The restaurant is on their dairy farm. The ice cream is all homemade and delicious. The line often spans outside, but it is well worth the wait. They have indoor and outdoor seating, room for the kids to run off their ice cream afterwards. They often have live music, and serve some food as... More

This delightful little eatery was situated in a beautiful field of sunflowers. It is very rustic. Part of the location is a dairy store where you can purchase fresh from the farm milk, cheeses, etc. The help were very friendly and welcoming. I got a grilled cheese sandwich and as grilled cheese sandwiches, this was the best I ever had.... More

My wife and I stopped for dinner and ice cream on Friday 8/8/14. This place was the perfect spot for a light meal and desert on a comfortable summer night. This is not a sit-down restaurant but a wait on line to get your food restaurant. They have a great idea about how to handle keeping people from waiting in... More

Great homemade ice cream from a family farm. Favors are inventive and fun. Try something new each time! We have never been disappointed.

If you are in the Harford County, MD area, you will want to stop by for a bowl of Maryland crab soup, delicious sandwich and ice cream. just a short drive from Interstate 95 on Rt. 543, Bloom's Broom has the best chocolate ice cream...the flavor reminds me of eating a fudge brownie. I love the location...right on their family... More

We have always enjoyed the ice cream at Brooms Bloom and the assortment of other local. Fresh products. They have a nice selection of flavor sand the ice cream is delicious. We love sitting on the farm and enjoying the scenery. They also offer great lunches- they have big portions and reasonable prices.

For the past year or two my family has been coming here as a special treat for ice cream. I absolutely love it (and they will put a warm brownie on your ice cream!) and for the last few months of my pregnancy I was here so often, couldn't get enough! On busy days it does get a little chaotic... More

Me and my wife wanted some ice cream and man did we get some. She ordered a small and I ordered a medium in a waffle cone. Her small has 5-6 scoops of ice cream. Towering over the cone. And my medium had like 8 scoops making it look like a giant cloud on a cone. Not only were the... More

It is off I-95 near Bel- Air MD a few miles north on PA hwy 543. What a great refreshing stop in rural America. The dairy and land has been in the family for numerous generations. The line to order was long when we arrived, but moved quickly. Families ordered dinner and large cones of numerous favors of ice cream,... More
