Lovely diner and view

We had a lovely romantic dinner overlooking the bay. They managed to get us in at the last moment and made to feel very welcome. The food and service were terrific and we would definitely return.

Our recent dinner at the 1637 at York Harbor Inn was a great experience. The service and food presentation were exceptional and the food quality was second to none. The views from the dining room overlooking the Maine coast are wonderful. My salmon was fresh, cooked to perfection and delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing and memorable evening.

Try to get a table by the window if you can - the view is just beautiful. They will take your request - but if a window table isn't available, you can just wait. The food here is fresh and perfectly presented. The price fixe meals are good - served all evening on Thursday - and a great value. We... More

My fiancé and I are regulars and are having our wedding reception here in June. Food is excellent! Staff are great! Besides their regular menu, there is a early bird menu with some great offerings. Mellow guitar music is also available on weekends. View of the York Harbor is beautiful.

1637 @ York Harbor Inn is where you should go. Not just because you can walk there from your room (without a jacket). The ambiance and food were wonderful. The staff were over the top. I happened to mention to my wife that we needed wine glasses for our room. Then without my asking the glasses were provided. Loved it.

Very popular in summer, go for the double-lobster special. Great variety of fresh seafood, Maine-style. Affiliated with the Goldenrod in York Beach, so you know the ice cream is great too.

Came for dinner as a part of of large party of 15, we were given our own separate room, and the experience began. Great atmosphere, very relaxing, with many windows, and we had attentive service, with the quantity of food served for our party seemed to go very efficiently. We had a variety of dishes-Baked Stuffed Haddock, Filet Mignon, Lemon... More

We stay at the York Harbor Inn every year with our dogs. We normally stay at the Habor Crest, which is pet friendly. This year we stayed at Harbor Cliffs, the new winter pet friendly inn. We had a fabulous room with direct water views. Our room was large with a two person hot tub and fireplace. We loved it... More

A wonderful restaurant that gives great service and excellent food! Try the prix fixe meal between 5:00 - 5:30 PM. Very good! Pub downstairs is great as well, same kitchen as the upstairs dining room.
