Very Good

The pulled pork sandwich was excellent. Other items were good as well, although some of the soups have been a bit too spicy for me.

It's been a while, but it was good. It's a very busy place at lunch. You order at the counter and then they bring it to you. Lots of take out going on.

Wonderful coffee, wines, breakfast, lunch and take away options -- just be prepared for a long line if you arrive at the peak noontime rush. My favorite is Clayton's famous chicken salad with blue cheese and grapes. There are always wonderful soups and hot options as well. It is a truly great local spot but also worth a quick easy... Claytons is a favorite local eatery, with delicious, fresh food daily. Lunch choices include fresh made soups, salads and sandwiches. Dinner items are available for take out only. A wide variety of excellent wines and fresh baked goods are also for sale. The high quality of the food and friendly service makes for a very busy place at peak lunch... More

Gotta love it! Outdoor seating and great sandwiches BLT Wraps, Cubans, chevre salad, chips and sinful desserts! They also hock candy and offer an impressive wine selection for purchase along with gourmet dinner take home offerings.

If you're looking for a great lunch spot, this is it but be prepared for a line if you come right at lunch hour - the locals flock to this local cafe for wonderful homemade soups, fresh made sandwiches on any number of bread, wraps, meats, veggies, filling and condiments... Only bummer is it's closed on Sunday.

This is a great go to place for lunch or dinner take out. Lots of choices at reasonable prices. Can be difficult to eat in at lunch as it is very busy and a little noisy. BUT the quality and variety of food can please everyone!

When visiting family in the local area, I checked Trip Advisor for outstanding eats in the local area. We decided to stop in to Clayton's for lunch based upon the reviews below. Wow. We were amazed at how great this establishment is! The associates that work here are excellent. Although we stopped just prior to the lunch rush, we could... More

If you are looking for a good place for lunch, this is the place - good variety and quality; the clam chowder is really great.

Finally tried this little place in Yarmouth. Got the half sandwich/soup special, turkey BLT/butternmut squash soup. Wow, it was exemplary! The soup arrived in a bit of a mess but with that much flavor, who cares? The baked goods were displayed in a glass case right at the entrance and it was all I could do to leave without buying...
