Line on up...it is worth it!

Known to be the best lobster roll on the planet we had to check it out. The line didn't seem to be that long. Turns out it was an hour, but, as they were used to dealing with lines they had a runner who worked non stop. She brought out water for people, then she came out with fried shrimp... read more

Annual stop for our lobster roll and onion rings. Price is now under $20.00. Lobster sweet as always. Staff offered umbrellas for sun protection and glasses of ice water. Bun loaded with more than 1 lobster as advertised. Got there at 11:47 did not finally sit down til 120p...never waited that long before. ..not sure what was longer wait as... More

You get a lot of butter in a roll with butter. It is well cooked and generous in portion. My only real criticism is that I wish the outdoor seating area had better coverage. We bought our rolls went to sit outside and the heavens opened. We retreated to the car - not quite how we had imagined lunch. Expect... More

You will wait in line for 30 minutes to an hour, and then there is no place to sit and eat. The restroom is a portapotty. Go across the street and eat at Sally's. They have good food and really nice staff.

We read about this being the best Lobstah roll in Maine, so wanted to check it out. 4:00 on a Monday afternoon, no one in line, so we stepped up even though no one was hungry. Surprised to find this is not much more than a non mobile food truck. Just order at the window and wait for your number... More

This place was rated as the best in Maine for a reason. Huge lobster roll that was very very tasty. Lines can be very long so plan on a wait. Very friendly staff that is very helpful…cash only and the roll was $22.75 each towards the end of July. Well worth it.

You can search the wild Maine coast for "the best" lobster roll but I venture to say you would be HARD PRESSED to find a better one than at this little corner stand. It's crazy expensive I grant you - but CRAZY GOOD! Maybe it's the fact that you get a WHOLE lobster served to you in every single roll.... More

Ohmigod!! My wife and I had lunch at Red's Eats even though getting there was a bit out of our way on the road from Portland to Camden, but are we ever glad we made the effort. The lobster roll at Red's Eats is absolutely the best we have ever eaten. While it was a bit expensive (when I asked... More

Not sure if I would wait another hour again for a $22 lobster roll. But it was a great lobster roll. Lots of meat and served with butter and not mayo...my favorite way. Bucket list checked off. I'll just wave to the long line next time we drive by.
