Listen people. The other reviews are not kidding. The portions are larger than you can imagine. One sandwich makes 2+ regular sized ones and the french toast and pancakes are equally huge. At least the eggs are normal sized. The prices are more than reasonable. The wait is never very long for your food. Walk in, look over the menu... More

Excellent food. Prices are very reasonable. Portions are huge. My wife and I shared a sandwich and the buffalo chicken mac and cheese and had a lot left over. If you are in the mood for a sandwich this is a "don't miss."

I'm a former Waterville resident and was (and still am, when I'm in town) a frequent diner at Big G's. In fact, I went there before they relocated to Benton Avenue. Through it all, I've been impressed with their selections. The food is tasty and plentiful but certainly not cheap...not even economical. Their whoopee pies look great, but sometimes "big"... More

Yes, everything at Big G's is BIG! Breakfast, lunch and dessert including their Whoopie Pies as big as your head. If you've never been, it's a Winslow must. You won't leave hungry. Casual dining and family friendly. Lots of food, lots of choices. We go to Big G's every year on our annual fall trip. Try it, you'll like it.... More

I visited Big G's for the first time last week and had an overall pleasant visit. Their sandwiches are excellent and the serving sizes are awesome. I would recommend only getting 1/2 of a sandwich because that is the regular size to a normal person. The one thing I did not like was the service. It is similar to a... More

The reviews saying the portions are huge are not kidding. You really only need a 1/2 a sandwich, and many people will only be able to eat 1/2 of a 1/2! If you are looking for fine dining, this is not the place. If you are looking for a good sandwich (hot or cold), this is the place for you.... More

Great sandwiches! Fresh ingredients and a huge portion. Order 1/2 a sandwich for the average eater. Breakfast is also great. Fresh crepes are new to the menu and yummy!

I like big G's although they are a bit picky. To sub an item on a sandwich, they charge you. It's not a Chinese restaurant. Sometimes I feel the staff isn't the most pleasant. It's an OK atmosphere. The food is good. Lots of choices. They do charge you if you ask them to bag half your meal to go.... More

Amazing sandwiches, lots of choices, sandwhiches could feed 2 or three. Prices are reasonable and food is always fresh.

We eat breakfast at Big G's probably a half dozen times a year and the food is always well prepared and plentiful. Many times when we are after a quick sandwich for a meal we'll skip Subway or McD's and order some sandwiches to go. The portions are always large and the fixins are fresh. The menu features many creative... More
