This time we tried the flights of three bourbons, and this was fun, but within seconds of the presentation, we no longer could remember the names of the different bourbons. Maybe Frog and Turtle staff could get a white board marker and write the names (or the abbreviated names) on a plate or something. We all loved the fried clams... More

We to the Frog and Turtle last night expecting to listen to live music. We called ahead of time to verify that a band would be playing. The local paper The Phoenix, advertised The Waiters. When we called that was not the band scheduled. It was okay, we still went. We arrived after 8:00pm, but their was no band. The... More

I had heard some great things about this little corner neighborhood restaurant and decided to try it with some friends. The atmosphere pleasant with an 'everybody knows your name' feel. The waiter was friendly but definitely stretched by working too many tables. Four of us ordered wine by the glass (all white) and each one of us got a different... More

I visited recently and service was anything but and we were basically seated on the drum kit of the band. After shooting the hostess an arched eyebrow and concerned look, she assured us that sitting here was fine seeing that the band wasn't playing until 8:30p (it was now 7:30p) so much for a relaxing dinner! After 20 minutes we... More

A high quality experience creatively presented. We enjoyed Brunch during the Holidays and were delighted by the food, the service and the warm atmosphere! Fine dining but not pretentious. It would be a wonderful place to meet friends after work or take your love for a romantic dinner. There is often live music as well!

You can get innovative cuisine here or reliable pub food. I have never had anything that I didn't like. My favorite time to dine here is for Sunday brunch. The home made donuts are delicious. There are numerous egg Benedict options. My favorite is made with French Canadian creton.

The food here is moderately good, but the restaurant is too noisy to have a conversation!!! We were here with friends and couldn't talk across the table.

Excellent friendly service and great drinks. We shared poutine and it was amazing. Flatbreads were more like little pizzas but with a unique texture to the crust. We will come back and try some different things, including dessert!

We hadn't eaten at the F&T in quite some time, not sure why because it's always been good. We arrived without a reservation, around 6pm, and were seated promptly. Our server was very good, knowledgeable about the menu and drinks, and was attentive. For appetizers, we had the shrimp in phyllo with a couple of sauces and the chopped salad.... More
