Went on family vacation to Wells and decided to stop at this quaint little restaurant for lunch. I ordered the fish and chips, and the fried scallops, totally amazing. Moist, flavorful, fresh, delicious. I can't wait to go back again. I loved it. They also had Woodchuck hard cider on tap, and that scores even more points. I loved the... More

This was a great local restaurant with a casual, cozy atmosphere and wonderful food. Service was also very good.

Sorry to say we did not have an enjoyable experience. We were visiting friends in Kennebunk and we wanted some fried seafood....Place not busy and we ordered..Two fish and chips and one Shrimp Roll and one Clam Roll. We all agreed that none of the food was worth our time. Breading terrible, Shrimp pieces were dry and the breading was... More

This restaurant is part lobster shack and part fish market. It is in the heart of busy Rte. 302 but is fresh, clean and fast. You can order precooked lobster for pickup, pick your own to take home or just sit and relax with a lobsta roll on a butter grilled bread. They offer a variety of spices for your... More

We ALWAYS try to eat at the Fisherman's Catch when we are up in Wells, Maine, which is quite frequently! Fresh, delicious seafood, in a casual dining atmosphere, with friendly, fast service! Get there early, or else you may have to wait up to an hour or more. If you arrive with a line out the door, it is definitely... More

I just love this little hole in the wall place. Food is fantastic and very fresh! My husband and I each had a cup of the Lobster stew and I swear there was at least a whole claw worth of meat in the stew, and the broth was delish! Then we did the Captains Feast for 2, which was a... More

This is a very casual restaurant and you can' they but talk to your fellow diners which makes it a very friendly place and adds to your meal. The food is excellent but not fancy. It is a place where you can really enjoy a real Maine lobster.

Off the beaten path in Wells Harbour, the Lobsterman's Catch is casual, fun and has great seafood! It's a local favorite with a busy and sometimes long wait times for a table which you might share with other diners, but the wait is worth it! Lobster prices are usually less because of the overhead, and the decor and small dinning... More

Very small, but very busy little restaurant. We liked the simplicity - picnic tables inside with benches, food served on paper products (mostly), paper towels hanging above each table - just different and simple! The food was very good and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed it!
