I went twice during August 2014. Clam chowder is the best we have taken. We also took fish and chips for our kids. That was also great. To complete dinner we took lobster. What a great choice.

Our family of 10 didn't have a reservation and because of the weather, we opted not to eat outdoors so we took our dinners as take-out. Our dinners consisted of fried clams, scallops, and haddock sandwich combination plates. Everything was delicious. The waitresses included everything we would need for our dinner in our take-out. It was easy to have dinner... More

Fishermans Catch is a come as you are place....which is perfect for the beach! The atmosphere may be casual but the food is superior!! One of the best gems in the area!

We ate at the Fisherman’s Catch on our way home from a weekend in Maine. Luckily, we arrived mid-afternoon on Sunday, so the wait for a table was not excessive. The restaurant has a nice menu, with everything extremely fresh and properly prepared. It also has a beer and wine menu that includes several nice local beers on tap. My... More

We stopped here on our way home from a weekend in the greater Portland area. This is by far the best Maine seafood shack experience I have had. The fish and chips were exactly what I was looking for, not just thin filets but chunks of fish too. They serve rolls on the side so you can even make a... More

Very cute atmosphere, and friendly staff. I got the lobster tacos, which cost 17.99. The tacos tastes great, but the amount of lobster in the tacos for the price was less than desirable. Large portion of fries instead of the seafood.

Not fancy.. But the best lightly fried scallops, haddock and whole bellied clans in Maine! Also a great place to roll up your sleeves for 2 sweet one pound lobsters! Be patient, you usually have to wait 1 hour for a table, but put in your name and get a drink and go sit on the side deck overlooking the... More

It was our first night in Wells Maine, and the Fisherman's Catch was our first meal. My parents who we were travelling with have gone many times and wanted to be sure we ate there first. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were great. What a busy place! We went early enough, thinking we would be able to be... More

Fisherman's Catch Restaurant is a no frills restaurant. Its food and its craft beers speak for them selves. We both had beer samplers and were able to try most of their local brews. They were all very nice. We both had clam chowder which was some of the best we had either tasted. We shared the seafood feast for two.... More

Stopped in to get times and menus. They put our name insist and we were told as we were close by they would text in one hour. We returned prior to the hour and were seated right away. It was very busy and lots waiting. Very friendly and good food.
