Been to Litchfield's several times, and have never been disappointed, but neither have I ever been 'wowed'. There is usually a special or two that will catch my eye, but it seems like they always sound better than they are. On the plus side, there is plenty of outdoor dining area, with cornhole leagues running there, so there is something... More

It was okay, not great but not terrible either. Service very nice, but the atmsophere was a little outdated and not overly comfortable. The food was okay but nothing I would recommend.

Tod does his mentor proud. Everything is done right and fresh. We visit visit several times each year when we return to Maine. We are always made welcomed by the entire staff. The beef is ground fresh by Tod or his sister who are co-owners. The fish is always fresh and done right. I invited a longtime friend to join... More

We have eaten here a number of times over the last several years and the food has always been good. it is a very nice family run business. We will definitely go back next year when we are in the area.

A review of the menu online prior to going into the Restaurant looked good. When seated we ordered soft drinks and soup and salad to start. These items were good but the portions were very small for the price of 7.99 to 9.00 per serving. We were going to order Prime Rib which we were told wasn't ready till 4:00... More

I have had several meals here. Each has been great! The staff is friendly and informative. A local crowd hangs at the bar. They are fun!

The food was just ok. I had an order of prime rib and it was served in a basket, just like they would serve a burger. My wife had a burger and she was pleased. They are really trying to cater to a bar crowd so be prepared for a sports bar kind of atmosphere.

Litchfield's was a pleasant surprise of a restaurant/bar that the locals enjoy. The menu was pub food with a twist and very delucious! Bartender was fabulous serving drinkscwhen neede and bringing out food in a timely fashion. I enjoyed an oyster p.o. boy and a cup of clam chowder. Wow!! My husband enjoyed hot chicken wings and we shared an... More

When we called to ask for a reservation, which they don't accept, they claimed their food was better than the "touristy" places in Ogunquit that would "charge 3 times the price". Unfortunately, our experience didn't live up to the promise. $23 for 6 small, poorly-prepared scallops, a Buffalo chicken salad that contained 4 nuggets of dried-out chicken in iceberg lettuce...
