Because we had such a wonderful experience on vacation at Trenton Bridge, my husband had them ship clams, mussels, and 3 lobster to us for Valentine's dinner! The food arrived exactly when expected. My husband steamed everything, and we feasted! All that was missing from the experience were the beautiful shores of Maine.

Trenton Bridge Lobster offers the best lobster anywhere... It's the place to go when you want to enjoy fresh, delicious lobster and enjoy it in a comfortable environment. This is a place where you can order fresh, large lobster, as well. The scene outside is picture perfect. We look forward to this place every time we visit Bar Harbor.

The only thing I did not enjoy and will not get again is their potato salad, but then I am a potato salad snob. But everything else is excellent! First time can be a little confusing but they are patient and help you. All other times will be simple. Can't wait for our next visit.

Every time we go to Acadia; Trenton Bridge is our "go-to" place for lobster. The lobster is the best we've ever had - very fresh (their trucks bring in fresh lobster all day long) and boiled in seawater over wood fires. This is a place for purists - lobster/drawn butter/corn/clams/mussels - the freshest and most succulent available. It's a place... More

We had read how busy this place was so we decided to try it out around 4pm. It was perfect! Quick service. Folks were helpful in describing our first time ordering. The diners eating around us were quite happy to share their smiles and robust shell cracking. It was a great experience.

This was our first stop for lobster on our Maine trip and it was a great first stop. Cheap, down and dirty, yummy Maine lobster! You go into the lobster pound, pick out your live lobster, which is some of the cheapest in town, then it goes outside to be cooked and comes back freshly cooked ready for you to... More

This is a place where you stand in line, place your order, pay, get a number and pick up your food when your number is called. I'm not sure why but this place rubbed me the wrong way. Maybe it was the confusion and feeling we were being rushed. My husband had lobster, I had clam chowder. Chowder was mostly... More

From the outside it looks like a local mom and pop establishment. Nothing fancy inside either BUT don't let looks fool you! Their seafood is fresh from the ocean to their steaming outside pots to your table. We had their lobster meal and it was awesome. We got a lesson on how to get the succulent meat from the shell.... This place offers fresh lobsters and clams. We visited there in a group of seven and we had excellent good dining experience there (friendly staff, fresh seafood, nice scenic view, etc.). For those of you who love eating lobsters (and clams), I strongly recommend Trenton Bridge Lobster Pound. It was JUST EXCELLENT!

We come to Maine every fall, and we never miss coming to Trenton Bridge Lobster Pound. It is a dive, but it has the freshest and best boiled lobster anywhere. The lobster you have here was sleeping in the ocean when you were asleep last night. He is boiled in sea water to perfection. When it comes to lobster, bigger... More
