The best Lobster I had this summer!

We live in Boston and used to eat Lobster frequently.. We prefer the hard shell and I prefer females (I like the egs). We found a bit pricey.. Around $25 for 1 and 1/4 hard shell.. But the Lobster was perfect.. As well the corn.. We were lucky to be there at the last weekend before they... read more

This place was recommended to us by the owner of the B&B we were staying in. A 15 min drive took us to the turn-off to Miller's Lobster Co. Located in a beautiful cove, lobster boats come here to drop off their catch (as one did while we were eating). Parking is easy and plentiful. The menu is posted on... More

A lobster pound, right at the pier. Great view of the sunset this time of year, though they only serve until 7 pm.

A real Maine lobster pound in a typical Maine coastal scene with the best lobster you will find anywhere. It is run and owned by a very nice Downeast couple. This the real thing, not a tourist trap. You will get your money's worth and it is not expensive. The view is beautiful. Be prepared to eat on their deck... More

My husband and I took our two year old daughter to Miller's for dinner on a Monday night in late June. I cannot say enough about the staff. While waiting for our dinner to cook, we decided to purchase a couple of their T-shirts. Right before we left, they came out and gave us a shirt for our daughter and... More

My mom is from Bangor Maine, but we were raised in So Calif. We traveled to Maine when my Grandmother passed in the early 1990's. We had grown up with fresh Maine lobster (flown in) but our visit to Miller's Pond was the first time I had had it right from the cold New England waters. This was THE VERY... More

If you can find this place and drive off the beaten track, you will find heaven at the end of the road: a simple shack with nice wooden and shaded seating. Since moving to New England a year ago, I have been on a mission to try lobster rolls wherever I go. So far I must have eaten at about... More
