We stop in for lunch and there were plenty of empty tables. The menu was extensive especially for a lunch. There was intial confusion about which one of the two waitresses covered our table but we did place our order. It was over 45 minutes before we were served lunch. Many others seem unhappy with the service here. The food... More

We stopped in for a quick lunch. It didn't turn out to be quick as we had to wait for a table and the food was slow coming out of the kitchen. I don't think they were expecting a crowd in September or they were just short staffed. I had the cod and crabmeat that was a small plate. It... More

I was in Southwest Harbor by myself for one night while visiting Acadia. Went in for glass of wine and appetizer during Happy Hour. Bartender was very welcoming. Owner came by and we had a chat about tourist towns (I live in one). She was checking on all the tables and wanting feedback. D C must have really hit an... More

After sitting in traffic for a while we popped in here for a glass of wine and it was happy hour! Prices were very nice as was the wine, cheapest Happy Hour ever!

My family and I came here for breakfast. The pancakes had an off, salty flavor, the blueberry sauce was bitter and so thin it was like water. The bacon was under cooked - I was concerned about eating it. They brought ordered side dishes after we were done eating or forgot them altogether. The worse part of our experience is... More

My Daughter and I enjoyed a good breakfast at Sips while we were on vacation. Pancakes and Omelettes were very good . Service was prompt even though the place was packed. I would definitely return.

Ate here twice during our week-long stay. Service gets really shaky when it's busy, but food is good, and coffee is (as everyone says) the best in town, which I have to say, at the risk of sounding cranky, is not saying much.

This restaurant was noisy. The food was good, but not very good. Service was fine. It just failed to impress me. It was fine, just nothing special to me.
