Food is a mixture of Italian and seafood. Many selections. Prices are about average for the area. A nice place to grab dinner if you're in the Southwest Harbor area. Worth a drive over from other locations on MDI.

We returned to Southwest Harbor in October 2012 for a fall foliage trip..stayed at the campground across the street again & couldn't wait to go back to DeMuro's Top of the Hill!!
Our timing was perfect because, everyone was getting ready or already closed for the season..boy were we glad we made it before Top of the Hill closed (in...

My husband and I love the shrimp and scallop alfredo, it's excellent! There is a bit of a wait for your food, so be prepared to sit and relax. I recommend having a glass of wine for starters, or maybe one of Debbie’s mean daiquiris’!
We arrived soon after they opened for dinner. The place was half empty and we got seated right by the restroom entrance and next to a very loud and obnoxious couple. The restaurant admitted later they know the couple is this way. We asked to move and the waiter said he was already thinking of this. We had to pick...

Maynard,
I have been pondering whether to respond, as your issues (which I felt we had dealt with) are so petty. But, after reading another review of our friendly competitors, I feel I must agree with their response; there are those who walk into an establishment with "that look"-the one that reads "I dare you to please me". You appeared...

We stopped in here a few days ago after needing a small break from the massive amounts of seafood. When you live in northern New Jersey, you kinda take for granted that pretty much every town has an amazing Italian Restaurant (or several) and begin to realize that when you travel out of state, you have to keep an open...

Good fresh seafood and quick service! The portion sizes were huge! we got the fried seafod, scallops for me and the shrimp for the hubby. My little boy loved his alfredo pasta and there were a few other italian dishes on the menu too. The atmosphere is a bit kitschy but we felt comfortable bringing a toddler in so maybe...

Real friendly service. Greeted by the owner and when we told her we needed a warm place to sit, she put us under the heater and turn it upmfor us. Prices were fair and food is good. I had a nice meal with my family.
We stopped here on suggestion from a staff member at our motel. The place is older and on the main highway into Acadia Park. The food we ordered was delicious; meatballs the size of tennis balls (seriously). Would have given a better rating but the service was slow and left a bit to be desired.
This is one of our favorite restaurants on the island! The food is always consistent and the menu varied for all appetites. But the best aspect is being greeted by Debbie's friendly smile and that she always remembers our preferred cocktail.
Try to go on Saturday night when Roberta serenades you with the classics and and will allow you to...
