Great breakfast; no surprises: the food is fresh and wholesome. Sort of reminds me of Mom's cooking when I was a kid. But this is what I was looking for and found in their Blueberry pancakes. Following my occasional morning jog along Seal Cove Road (yeah - I'm that guy) or between Gilley and Mill Fields, I stop by for... More

Not tourist prices! Basic home cooking. Great cinnamon swirl bread. More locals than tourists eat here.

You can read my earlier reviews as this will be my 4th.....All I can say is nothing has changed. Laura, Brittany and Tina still do the serving while Laura triples as owner, server and pastry baker (cinnamon toast is amazing). Today I watched Tina and Brittany take care of the tables (and they were slammed) ....Brandon, the chef (owner) must... More

My favorite place for breakfast. We usually go there about 5 of the seven days we are there . She makes all her breads. Awesome.

We came here for 2 consecutive breakfasts. First day I had hash, home fries and toast, the second day it was french toast and bacon. The servings are LARGE, one piece of french toast was enough to carry me to lunch time. I had it made with the homemade cinnamon bread. Food was very good, and well prepared. Owner Laura... More

Typical diner with great service and food. Had blueberry pancake, egg and bacon with real maple syrup. Hub had biscuits and gravy, egg, and corn beef hash. All very good. Recommended. ..

This place is a great diner, something that is relatively rare to come by in Hancock county. Service is great, prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend the pancakes and french toast here.

This restaurant is right down the hill from Harbor Ridge Resort and has a great breakfast and is very inexpensive. It is the place where the locals go and the two times we ate there it was busy. The service was excellent. Great blueberry pancakes, which is a must when visiting Maine.

I have been coming here since Brandon and Laura took over.....I come to Maine for two months every summer, and if I could I would have breakfast and lunch here everyday (closed Monday). It is like coming into my own home...Laura, Brittany, and Tina are great.....Laura who is one of the owners gets to work at about 4:30 and makes... More

Living in Bass Harbor, Brandon and Lauras is our breakfast place. The raisin toast is superb. The service is good, the food is good and the fellow diners always interesting. There is no view and the decor is home kitchen 1955 but that is good- diners eat and leave, otherwise we would all be waiting in line! Eat and move... More
