Want a homemade donut?

My often visited donut/muffin and coffee shop. A favorite with the natives who come every morning for coffee and conversation. Just a family run business with a flair for home cooking.

Chute's has been here since I was a child, and it is still just as good. It is not fancy by any means. It is relatively small and moderately priced. Many of the locals eat here for breakfast, and have their own coffee cups. Everything on the menu is good, especially the Maine blueberry pancakes! During the summer you are... More

We visit Chutes every year we go to point sebago. Delicious food and we always make sure to take home their homemade cinnamon rasin bread.

We visited yesterday mid morning. It was our 1st time visiting. I had the crumb cake french toast special and my husband had a breakfast scramble. Mine looked like it was a purchased cake with way to much frosting and my husband's tasted like it had been sitting to long and was microwaved to melt the cheese on top. While... More

Great place. Small and cozy. Great portions. Only have had breakfast here. We don't go any where else when we visit up there.

The best glazed doughnuts, blueberry muffins and breads around. Their breakfast is amazing too. They also have a varied and local menu.

If you are on vacation or just passing through the Sebago Lake area this summer make a point to stop in at Chute's on Route 302. You won't be disappointed. The prices are a great value and the food is terrific. If maple cream is on the specials menu order it - there is nothing like it. My husband loves... More

Good sized-breakfast menu, unfortunately I came here for lunch. Pretty standard, hot dogs, hamburgers. grilled cheese etc. The food was fine, nothing exciting. My son got the soup of the day which was some kind of hobo soup. Basically a chowder with all kinds of leftovers thrown in it. He seemed to really like it. I got a burger which... More

Not normally the type to review roadside diners - but I've been coming to Chutes for as long as I can remember for breakfast. It is walking distance to my cottage so I'm probably a little biased on that front. That being said, the fact is, the food is great, baked goods are fresh, the skillet breakfasts like "Hobo Hash"...
