This is one of the best seafood restaurants in Maine - always consistently good and fresh. The fried clams are some of the best in the Mid Coast area. I have to say, the food was really really good. But the service here - well - it had much to be desired. Although the restaurant is next door to a motel you don't want to stay in (I think the owners may be the same), Anglers is a delight. Our group enjoyed the friendly waitstaff, lobsters done just-right and wonderful, huge desserts. We'd definitely stop in here, again! more
