Our family of 4 went to this restaurant for their dinner buffet. Here's what we thought: Pros: -Loved the school theme. You were seated in one of the "classrooms" complete with chalkboards. -Food on buffet was hot and filled often. -Could add a lobstser to your buffet for only $8 more. -Food was average. Cons: -Food was average. (I know,... More

My family and I have been coming here every year on vacation. We have only came during the lunch and dinner times and can't complain. We are alway treated with respect and nicely. There's always something for someone, including a salad bar and a taco bar. Definitely recommended!

There was an item on the dessert buffet that looked a little like cheesecake. I asked one of the servers what it was. He didn't know. I asked another. She didn't know either. One server went to the kitchen to ask. Someone else came out; he didn't know what it was. He went back and asked someone else. It turned... More

Someone it our resort told us we should go here, So instead of checking it out on tripadvisor before we went, well we probably had the worst lunch ever. Read others reviews! The buffet was just under $10 and the food was mostly a Thanksgiving dinner, mac and cheese, a small salad bar that was a JOKE ( warm wilted... More

If you want basic homestyle comfort food you've come to the right place. The food is well prepared, but you will not find fancy dishes here. The price is steep if all you are eating from is the taco cart. I love seafood and the haddock, fried clams, tiny steamed clams, mussels were very good. The only minus would be... More

Not much good to say about this place, other than the staff who were all friendly, pleasant, and attentive. The food was not great, especially for the area. There was also not much of an attempt to match the cuisine to the area. It consisted mostly of re-heated frozen stuff with only one or two seafood dishes. The desserts were... More

A long-time landmark on US Route 1, this seasonal buffet style restaurant isn't fancy, but serves up great food at a reasonable price. You won't leave hungry! Great for vacationing families and locals alike. $15 for dinner after 4pm and $12 for lunch. Located a short ten minute drive from OOB (15 minutes to Portland) the restaurant is in an... More

Hard to not give this place a 5 star. It is a buffet and the food was great and hot.A American buffet meaning not chinese as we in this area have seen so many times. The assortment of food for all ages and the desert, pies ice cream etc. Lobster was also available for an additional price. Been there before... More

We ate at this buffet and if you like fish I suppose it would be a good deal but if you don't I wouldn't bother going there. I feel the 14.95 was over priced. The food wasn't hot at all. I guess I can say I was little disappointed in this place. They you had to pay for you soft... More

There is always something for everyone at this place (seafood, pot roast, turkey, Italian, salad, dessert). I am generally not a big fan of buffets but the Dunstan School Restaurant is an exception. The clam chowder and shrimp bisque are to die for and the other food is delicious as well. I am not sure where the bad reviews on... More
