We went here for dinner right around sunset. The view was spectacular! My wife and I are still raving about it being the best sunset we've ever experienced. The lobster was so fresh and plentiful! My wife got the shrimp dinner and she loved it! I thought the shrimp was going to be larger shrimp, but they were baby shrimp.... More

When in the area this is one of our 'go to' places. The location is incredible as it overlooks the water and one can watch the boats coming and going. You have a choice of inside dining or eating outside on the deck. The food is always incredible but we are particularly fond of their lobster rolls. We have never... More

Just came back from 2 week trip. Best scallops we have EVER eaten! Anywhere! Lobster roll was delicious and perfect! Lobster Stew was to die for & sent our friends to go and try it the next day! Wish you could mail some to NC. Awesome view too.

We waited at this hopping location at a boat ramp and were rewarded with a lovely seat on the deck overlooking the river and marsh. Service was a bit slow, but the seafood was fresh and tasty. Our kids were able to choose from a few non-seafood choices as well and found watching all the boats coming in to be... More

WE went at about 5:00 PM on a Thursday night and had no wait, but the place was full when we left. Small and basic, with about 10 tables inside and maybe eight outside. We were tired of lobster (hard to believe I know) so my husband had the mussels, served with grilled bread. Not too garlicky, not gritty, probably... More

The Rising Tide Restaurant was below average. Unlike a review I read prior to dining there, meals were not half the price of nearby restaurants. (I didn't believe that review when I read it.) Watch your head, the umbrellas over the outside tables are low. The men's water closet (restroom) is indeed the size of a closet and shares a... More

If you are looking for a place to sit by the water, eat a really good lobster roll and an excellent cheeseburger (always surprised as a non fish eater when the landlubber food is good at a primarily fish restaurant), this may be your place. We went on a cloudy day so we were able to sit on the deck... More

We love the atmosphere. Very simple, no frills, just good food, good service, at a very reasonable price.

It is a nice no frills dining experience on the water. The food was the freshest you can get, but you are expected to assemble your own lobster roll. Although, this can be a novelty for some, my party found it a little annoying.
