Best Pizza Ever

My husband had been going on and on about Pats Pizza. Once I got into town and he took me there, I also go on and on about this place. The waitress was AMAZING.. the food was delicious.. and the prices were low for the value. And it wasn't just the pizza that was wonderful, my 6 yr old daughter... read more

OK food. Nothing special. Seems to be more of a place where you go there more out of habit than a quality meal. Romeo's is better in that at least you are not in the basement.

I've been to other Pat's Pizza restaurants and have good memories. This one is surprisingly in the basement and doesn't feel really clean. I got eggplant parmesan, which I think was a frozen pre-cooked patty that they refried. The sauce was just ok.

We were running around on vacation and the kids wanted a little something to hold them over until supper. We called from the road and picked up the large cheese pizza 15 minutes later. It was a little smaller than most larges and not very hot. Overall it was good to average. The best part was the price and how... More

After a long day of touring lighthouses and other attractions in the Greater Portland area, we stopped here for a quick, light supper en route home. Pat's filled the bill. Pat’s Pizza is a chain that started in Orono, Maine in 1931. At this Pat’s, the first thing you notice when you walk in is the wonderful smell of Italian... More

Comfortable and casual and located in the basement of the pizza parlor. (It bothered me a little being underground). There was a line out the door waiting to get into the restaurant. The soups were great and the pizza was some of the best I've ever tasted; very thin crust (crispy and chewy) with FRESH ingredients as toppings. This pizza... More

We love the pizza at Pat's. We like to get the small pizzas instead of the large so everyone can get their favorite combination. The crust is thin an delicious and the toppings are just right. We also enjoy the garlic bread and my wife likes the buffalo chicken salad. The dining room is downstairs but for those of us... More

This is a good restaurant. The staff is friendly, they treat kids well and the food is okay. I do find the menu overwhelming and think that it would be better if they choose a smaller sample to make really great, rather than try to offer hundreds (literally) of options. It is almost overwhelming.

We wanted to eat close to the motel and stopped by this place one late afternoon. You open the front door and go downstairs which was strange to a couple of Florida girls. (not use to basements) There was only a few people there at about 3:30 but by the time we left the place was filling up. By then... More

One of the best lobster rolls I've ever eaten and tasty fries that are baked, not deep-fried. Friendly competent staff. Only drawback is the dine-in area was down a steep staircase. If there is an elevator, I didn't see it. Very enjoyable visit.
