The best, freshest local seafood served by the friendliest staff! Food is cooked to order, raw bar is shucked right in front of you. Clean establishment.

Nothing to dislike! Well, actually they could use a better waiting in line system. You have to wait in line right by the door and everyone is right on top of each other. The front door should be for ENTRANCE ONLY and the sides for exit.

Ken's is a long - time icon in Maine and overall the food is not bad, but the fried seafood is unnecessarily greasy. The clam cakes are probably the least greasy fried option and they are really what Ken's is so well known for...tasty and fresh. You can opt to eat in or outside at one of the many picnic... More

We loved Ken's. It's very casual, with a full service bar. No linens, no table service. Just as well. You go to the window and order your food from a very cheerful staff person, then when your number is called, you fetch it. My whole lobster was less than $14, and steamy hot and delicious. Served with crispy french fries... More

Our reviews are (solely) based on our "personal" tastes & experiences and never intended to persuade/dissuade anyone from patronizing a business. My first time to Ken's but my wife, along with her family living in the area, have been eating here for years. You can eat inside/outside; tables inside, picnic tables outside; as the weather was perfect, we chose outside.... More

This place is always busy - which driving by it over and over, was a good sign. This is counter service, walk in - look at the menu, walk up to the counter, order your food get a number. Then walk to the bar to get a drink if you like...then find a seat and wait. We went twice. I... More

We at at Ken's while in Scarborough, Me. The fish was O.K., a bit too much batter for me. The fries were like crinkled frozen french fries… a mediocre meal at a reasonable price.

We recently had lunch at Ken's and found it to be exactly what it looks like--a quick, casual reasonably priced local hangout to get lobster rolls or clams. The lobster rolls were quite good, the slaw tasty but a bit heavy on the mayonnaise. We went in the fall so it wasn't as noisy or crowded as it can get... More

At this time of year, there aren't many places to choose from in the area, so we decided to try Ken's. Bad idea. My wife had the crab salad plate. The crab salad was good, but the potato salad was very strong with overpowering dill pickle and mustard flavors. It also had slices of egg, green pepper, and tomato, which... More
