Fun little diner close to Hampton Inn. Good food and good prices. Entertaining just to be there and read the paper menus on the walls...

George makes his own corn beef hash, and I love it. We stop in this place every time we head towards Portland from Kennebunk. My friend is not a fan of hash, and he is also crazy about this unassuming little place.

Yes, the handwritten menu is really on the wall which is better than handling bulky folding cardboards that will get in the way until someone fetches them. This place is small so the wall is easy to see. See photo. If you are vacationing in OOB, you will need a bargain, so this is the place to go. Eggs any... More

No wait to get a table. Rushed staff and angry cook who yelled through our whole breakfast. Decent cheap food though. Worth it if you are looking for a quick cheap breakfast

Not a diner like you find on TV shows about vintage diners, but a true "hole in the wall". Be warned as a large part of the menu is actually on the wall. I am not making this up. Had breakfast which was adequate and cheap. Listened to the owner go on about living with his mom for 20 minutes.... More

We love this place as it is close the KOA and is a great diner. We have only had breakfast. Great choice of omelets, pancakes, waffles. Lot of fun combo's. Really clean, great staff, kid friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Not fancy just a great "local" place.

Love to eat at this place! Good prices and great food! Triple Berry pancakes and a grilled blueberry muffin is the greatest breakfast you could ever eat.

We noticed this modest restaurant because it had a crowd of cars parked outside, even on a chilly early spring day. It's friendly (both staff and customers), reasonable, speedy, well priced and the food is delicious. (Unfortunately, the coffee is the usual weak diner coffee, but everything else was very good.) My fried haddock sandwich was not only very large,... More

We stopped in for breakfast with my sister and brother in law who frequent this place often. I was pleasantly surprised at the portions and quality of the food. Service was great and if it would have been later in the day--I definately would have had a slice of the pie in the showcase. Looked mouthwatering!! I will definately return.... More
