The staff are friendly. They treat all customers like they are family. The food, which is what you go for, is worth the stop and all the happy return trips. Make this restaurant a regular stop on your dining out, on a budget, experience!

We have enjoyed multiple dinners at Skippers with our daughter who is attending UNE. Staff is courteous and food is excellent. We enjoyed the fried haddock, lobster roll (it's stuffed!) and various chowders. Our meals have been hot and delicious. It's family oriented and the various sizes accommodate everyone's appetite. Great spot!

Absolutely loved this tiny restaurant. We stopped here for lunch and ordered the medium fried haddock and a fried haddock wrap. I could not believe how tasty and hot the haddock was. The fries were fresh potatoes cut into small wedges and were also piping hot. The wrap had fried haddock, cheese and coleslaw. It was tasty and delicious. The... More

and good, with table service, lots of food, almost, just almost, more bacon than my wife could eat. And my sausage benedict (one of six varieties) had perfectly done poached eggs and hollandaise with pretty good potatoes.

Out of the way -driving through Saco ME and were hungry - looked it up on Siri and gave it a try - excellent Mom & Pop type of place. Huge Menu. Very Clean in every way - Lobster Rolls and Chowder and salad made for two very full visitors. Worth going out of the way to find.

The fish tacos were very good and I liked the fact the fish was breaded and crunchy and on the delicious rye bread. I ordered a side of macaroni salad for an extra dollar based on a reviewer's recommendation and left it after one bite- nothing but mayonnaise and pasta and very bland. My friend enjoyed her fish basket with... More

We had dinner at Skipper's and enjoyed every bite. It is a clean, simple eatery with no table service. The staff was very friendly. You place your order and receive a number. They do take some credit cards. Choose your table and wait for your number to be called over the P.A. Your meal is served on paper plates and... More

Thanks!!! Your review best describes our restaurant. Our goal is good food in a clean casual atmosphere, fair prices (Its hard to believe how much seafood has increased in price since we started 16 years ago) and a friendly staff. See you next trip thru. More
