Last evening was the 5th time we have had dinner here in the last two years. When they open at 5:00 pm, you better be there on time, because the booths fill up quickly. The bread is homemade, which starts things off! Their various meals are very good and usually there are left overs... The price for 3 dinners was... More

Very good local small town Italian restaurant. Chicken parmigiano is the go to dish. Red sauce is very flavorful. Nightly specials vary the choices but the regular menu is broad enough for the size of restaurant. Ambience is cozy but small , do not bring party larger than '6 because tables are tight and not made for spacious dining. Do... More

We had a delicious meal, and warm and friendly service from S at the bar. This was an impromptu visit and we'll be back again, thank you!

My in-laws have been going to this place for years and a few years back, we decided to join them. Now, we go a few times a year for every special occasion. Every time we go, we love it! The food is consistently good and always hot and flavorful! The service is great. Prices have gone up a little, but... More

Loved this small (might want to make reservations before you go or at least call) cozy Italian restaurant. The restaurant is mostly booths with a bar on one side. They have a specials board and the waiter is happy to explain each one. I loved how at the end of each booth there was a hat/ coat rack. Not something... More

Quick stop off highway resulted in an above average meal. Small place but good service and value for good Italian cuisine. Homemade sausage was great.

My husband ordered the veal parm and got scrambled eggs on veal. I ordered the clam dish and they were over cooked and bitter instead of how they should be sweet and salty. We complained about the clam dish and wasn't credited on the bill. Drinks over priced and not done right. This was our first and last time at... More

Long a favorite among locals, this cafe apparently fancies itself a better dinner restaurant than it is. They say they specialize in Italian food, but it's less creative than even Olive Garden, and is more expensive. Minestrone soup I had on my latest biz lunch visit tasted like canned soup with leftovers added. Turkey sandwich was good, however.

This is my favorite restaurant in Southern Maine. Small, old, clean, quaint, wonderful food, best describes this place. First of all make a reservation, this place does not have a fifty page menu, it does have the best fried seafood within 50 miles, the best sausage, sauce and specialty dishes around. Service is excellent, right Nancy, and the food id... More

My mom had given me and my husband a gift card to this restaurant for our honeymoon. Couldn't have ask for a better present. Service was excellent and our food came out right on time and was amazing. We both had the veal. I would totally recommend this gem to anyone looking for a great Italian based meal
