Although both our soups were good, rest was unremarkable. My $20 bounty of the sea plate had about 2 ounces of haddock, 4 scallops and a dozen tiny shrimps. Hubby's lobster OK but that hard to screw up.

Great restaurant with an excellent salad bar. They have plenty of variety with tons of different veggies. The seafood was very good as well. I came two different nights. One night I had fried haddock and the other night I had the seafood bounty (combination of clams, haddock, and scallops). The Helm is must if you are in the area.

They have a very nice salad bar that we enjoyed very much. We ate there several times and enjoyed each meal. The lobster presentation was very nice. All the seafood was excellent. The clam chowder was a little fancier than I usually eat but was very good.
