It was National Donut Day, so I stopped by to check on the offerings...molasses, buttermilk, glazed, sugared...anything I wanted, they had! And the all tasted like the ones my Great Grandmother used to bake! Small location and only open until Noon, so get there early! You won't be disappointed.

Great little shop right off Route 1. I wish they had more baked goods and stayed open a little later, but excellent donuts.

We spotted this place on our tourist map. Wow! If you like homemade cake doughnuts this is the place. First day, molasses and maple (subtle flavoring) but the chocolate-based doughnuts the next day were the best I'd ever had. They open at 6 am during the week - so no excuse not to grab some on your drive. Yum! BTW,... More

Great homemade donuts. Free wifi, good coffee and everything you need for a pleasant way to start your day. Small and always seems busy. If you like great donuts, ($1 each) this is a must stop. Interesting varieties, and so much better than Dunkin.

I grew up eating my mother's homemade donuts. These are the best donuts that you can buy. If you are in the Rockland area, this is a not to be missed stop. Arrange your day around it. Note that they close at noon.

We stopped here since it was close to the Strawberry Hill Seaside Inn, where we were staying. The donuts were amazing, soft and fluffy (not cake-y like some donut shops)! What a wonderful variety of flavors they offer, too. I would go early, as they only make a certain amount and when they sell out they don't make more. This... More

These doughnuts are like nothing I have ever tasted before. They are handmade and so light and fluffy. I highly recommend the blueberry, coconut and molasses. I have to figure out how to get these to California!

Great hand made doughnuts and good strong coffee served at the counter, but with seating available to relax and enjoy. This is a wonderful place. Given the number of Dunkin Donuts we've seen in Maine, it must be a favorite food Down East. These are exceptional, avoid the chain and go here. Crunchy chocolate! Cider! Ooooh!

Great place to have a donut and coffee. Ordered an old fashioned and cinnamon sugar. Had to go back for seconds.
